The workshop will be held at ESO headquarters in the research campus (Forschungszentrum) of Garching bei München, Germany.
ESO headquarters are located outside Garching, 100m from the end station of the subway line U6 (Garching Forschingzentrum), one station away from Garching. Munich city centre (Marienplatz) is 30 minutes away by subway, on the same line. See the detailed instructions on ESO pages.

The Ibis hotel is now fully booked. The workshop organisation made a block reservation of 20 rooms at the Mercure hotel in Schwabing, Munich, as well as a block reservation of 6 rooms at Maria's Inn in Garching. All other hotels in Garching are already almost fully booked due to a concurrent conference. Please indicate your choice upon registration.

The workshop dinner will take place on Tuesday, 31 March 2009, at 19h30 at the Augustiner Restaurant, in Munich down town. The easiest way to reach the restaurant is by underground. Take the U6 to Marienplatz and then walk for ~5 minutes along the Kaufingerstrasse/Neuhauser Str. (see here).
