When getting the badge [which is ready] at the gate building, participants should ask for a site map and guidance to Fresnel 1. Also reserve some 15 minutes for check in and walking to the meeting room. All meeting participants are affiliated to EURO-VO SAC in their badge so do not get surprised.

Financial Support for SAC Members
- The EURO-VO Project will cover all SAC expenses, including air fare, accommodation, meals, taxis, etc. This will be done by ESO, upon presentation of all relevant receipts and up to a maximum of 900 Euros (including air fare, which will be covered directly by ESO).
