It would be good if you could arrange your own accomodation if needed for this meeting. The Cambridge tourist office has an extensive accommodation page. Cambridge hotels are also listed - the Cambridge Lodge Hotel is the closest to the IoA - a 10 minute walk.

The Easyjet flight to Munich departs Stansted at 18.15, whilst the Ryanair to Karlsruhe-Baden departs Stansted at 19.15. There is an Easyjet flight from Luton to Madrid, departing at 17.10 - therefore you would need to leave Cambridge by Taxi at the latest, 15.00.
