Notes
- KN: responsibility for restriction of SELECT statements produced by PAL/ADQL is at DB admin level for the time being
- KN: Cocoon file size upload limit will be resolved in new MySpace release in December
- M7 will be a meeting at ESO instead of a telecon
- quality of beamer projection at ESAC is sufficient
