SIA Support for ESO DSS1 & DSS2

Motivation
The purpose of this exercise is to add support of the Simple Image Access Protocol to the ESO Digitized Sky Surveys.
Deliverables
The goal is to make this part of a software demo at ADASS XIII in Oct. 2003 and to integrate this as an additional interface to the operational ESO DSS server. As a sideproduct we will review the SIA protocol as a whole on a practical example.
