IDHA Server for HST/WFPC2 Associations

Motivation
This service demonstrates how to include 3rd party data in the VO. In this particular case the WFPC2 associations are made available through the AVO prototype. This new service is based on the IDHA data model and data from CADC/STScI/ST-ECF.
Status
- The prototype implementation was released in July 2003. AVO prototype (V0.933) provides this service through the 'VOtest' tab of its load dialog.
