Participants, Registration, Accommodation
List of Participants
Attendees should fill in the Registration and Accomodation Form and fax it BY DECEMBER 20 to Michelle Arpizou (+34 91 813 11 72, Michelle.Arpizou@esa.int). This form contains the list of hotels recommended in San Lorenzo de El Escorial that Michelle will book for you if you specify it on the form.
Financial Support for SWG Members
The AVO project will be able to provide a grant to attending SWG members. Unfortunately, no reimbursement can be provided for the SWG at large. Please specify if you are an SWG member on the Registration and Accomodation Form.
Travel
Access to San Lorenzo de El Escorial

Access to ESAC
Please, be aware that ESAC is not easily accessible with public transportation. Refer to the ESAC access web pages.
Bus transport (free of charge) will be provided on the meeting days between San Lorenzo de El Escorial and ESAC with the following timetable:
- 25/01/2005 18:30 ESAC → Hotel Los Lanceros
- 26/01/2005 08:30 Hotel Los Lanceros → ESAC
Taxis
Taxi transports (at the participant's expenses) from the aiport to the hotels when you arrive or from ESAC to the aiport on the last day can be arranged upon request. Please contact Michelle Arpizou (Michelle.Arpizou@esa.int) for such a request.
Standard prices:
- Airport↔San Lorenzo del Escorial: 60€
- ESAC↔Airport: 40€
AVO project and start of the EuroVO Dinner (not to be missed!), Jan. 25
There will be a dinner organized on Jan. 25 in the restaurant La Cueva in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, 5 minutes away (on foot) from the recommended hotels. The dinner (courtesy of the AVO project) will be an occasion to celebrate the success of the AVO project and the start of the EuroVO. All meeting participants should plan to attend!
Please mention on the Registration and Accomodation Form if you're planning to attend and the type of meal that you want (Meat / Fish / Vegetarian).
