Note that topics which have no assigned parent are not shown in above tree. For a full listing of all topics go to WebTopicList.

make your topic the current one
click on More
if a page has already an assigned parent topic (in that case it is in above tree), then remove it by selecting none (remove topic parent) in the choice box and continue with step 5
select a new parent topic from the choice box
press Edit
press Save topic
if an obsolete parent was removed in step 3 then continue with steps 2, 4 - 6 to assign a new parent node

If successful the newly assigned parent topic will be shown in the footer at the very bottom of the page.
