ACTION: project members are required to seek prior approval from PQ
for travel expenditure outside of the EU. 

ACTION: project team encouraged to read the two current EURO-VO
proposals.

ACTION: NAW: generate SWG report (from Jan 2003 meeting) by begin June 03. 

ACTION: NAW: poll SWG for feedback on the AVO demo s/w


+ WA3

ACTION: Wicenec to organise meeting (late summer 2003?) to discuss use
of hardware - beowulfs, swappable disks, etc - amongst interested folk
in the AVO.

ACTION MD: organise network (speed/throughput) tests between AVO
partner sites. Check for bottle necks. 

ACTION PQ/AL: first test could be WFCAM data between IoA and ESO. 


+ AVO Demo Jan 2003. 

ACTION MD: generate a time line for the updates to the demo, and
implications on tutorial implications. 

ACTION PQ - organise a SWG telecon end June to react to Jan SWG report
from NW and look forward to Jul 03 and Jan 04 demos. SWG need sci case
priorities for Jan 04.

ACTION FG/AR/PR - look at tree node issues (relating to the data
browser in the prototype, and inclusion of extra data e.g. radio) for
jul 03.

ACTION NW (23 May 2003) report on assessment of work for photo-z's

ACTION NW,MD: list of priorities of Jul demo by end of next week,23 may 03.

ACTION: WPM, WAM's to keep a check that IVOA work is relevant and 
appropriate to AVO.
