This is the GALEVOT V1.0 readme file

GALEVOT is a file conversion utility. It reads an ascii table as generated by 
the Galaxev code by Gustavo Bruzual & Stéphane Charlot
http://www2.iap.fr/users/charlot/bc2003/galaxev_download.html
and converts it to a VOTable XML file.

Starting with V1.0 also Pegase model spectra are supported.

Usage: java -jar Galevot.jar infile|url [votable]

 infile|url  Galaxev or Pegase model data
 votable     optional name of VOTable document, defaults to STDOUT.

Sample invocation:
prompt> java -jar Galevot.jar http://www.euro-vo.org/internal/Avo/VotApter/test_age5_7.txt
