PP reports that there are also supplementary Chandra catalogs available with 
  some 120 additional sources; we may not necessarily need these, which were
  generated using a lower significance threshold

(CDFS/HDFN) an object is located 
 3.2.4 there will be a formula, based on f_x/f_opt; therefore this won't be a manual step

NW: 3.2.3 makes the case very specific (unless we have phot-z or spectrum); even

  SpecView can now read ISO LWS spectra!  

  Existing tools should be doing things already except measuring water line and
  XMM spectra for Chamaeleon case.

  Although not explicitly visible from the flow diagramme it should be noted that a comparison of optical/IR and x-ray images is part of the scenario.

MA+FB GLIMPSE usage; they are in touch with CADC for building IDHA tree of galactic survey 
2.1.2 need a way to compute those flux ratios and re-import into VO prototype 
(Specview ascii output is probably not ideal)

The Galactic case should be trimmed down, to concentrate on one or two regions
