MA upload a complete VOTable version of the Alexander catalog to
   ExtragalacticScenario for testing and check how to deal with upper
   limits; see

   Vizier Done.

MD release full FORS SSA service replacing current CGI interface
Done.

MD provide GOODS FORS spectra in similar way as soon as available
Ongoing. Additional set of spectra will become visible sometime this
week through already existing FORS service in "VOTest" tab.

Implementation of HyperZ/ACE/X-Corr service suite. 
Ongoing. NW has been testing HyperZ using the ACS catalogs recently released 
by the GOODS team. The results are promising. 

ML+FB 2x2 K or 4x4 K ACS cut-outs (instead of 1x1 K); make benchmark
test between CDS & ESO Ongoing. 2x2K interface ready with AVO V0.945,
but benchmark will be repeated after CDS network upgrade scheduled for
Jan. 15.

PP Look for better spectra of interesting sources, as some of the ones
included in the list are not that great. Also, do the same for the
northern field.


notes: 
MA reports that pixel size of GOODS ACS V1.0 is smaller than in
V0.5. Therefore, 2x2K tiles cover only somewhat bigger sky area than
the old 1x1K tiles

ML measured 10 - 15 sec/image for 1x1K tiles from CDS to ESO and ~50
sec/image for 2x2K tiles; need to redo test after network upgrade at
CDS; NW measured 15Mbit bandwidth between ESO and IoA.

FG informs that Sebastien Derriere will replace Laurent Cambresy as
tutor at the SWG meeting; Laurent will come to preparatory meeting
anyway

NW arrives 23rd and AR arrives 21st at ESO

PP so far, 18 SWG members (~ 70%) are scheduled to attend the AVO demo
