LC perform regression test of new Specview V2.8

TB cut a new AVO prototype release once LC + MD have done successful
regression test of Specview V2.8

TB ISO/XMM spectra: query syntax has changed on data provider side:

ML test Maven by rebuilding 'common component' which has no external
 dependencies; retrieve code from Astrogrid CVS repository; if any
 problems occur sort them out with Noel Winstanley <nw@jb.man.ac.uk>.

PH continue evaluation of improved ACE 
Ongoing.
  This got more urgent as Gerard Tissier <tissier@iap.fr> is already
modifying Sextractor code to improve UCD support with Sebastien.
Therefore, keep SD in the loop when discussing Sextractor interfaces.

MA provide a data tree example of UDF; also write some paragraphs of text 
for topic Avo.PublishDataToVO
Ongoing.

LC 'Error propagation' contacts VO-India VO-India agrees to support
    error expressions; need to work out schedule and details.

- PP+MA+NW+Rosati submitted paper based on extragalactic demo to A&A

- AVO demo story: KN confirmed timeline for implementation of redshift 
determination on the fly for GOODS ACS Northern and Southern fields, i.e. 
workflow becomes available in June 2004 

- Vizier metadata and Astrogrid registry
KB is in contact with CDS concerning improvements to Vizier metadata
harvesting interface.
