You can also submit a ticket if you do not find the answer to your questions in the knowledge base. Although the IVOA specification for a Registry is quite complex, its usage is very easy. EURO-VO Registry Pages
The IVOA (International Virtual Observatory Alliance) has defined the standard for Registration of VO resources. The standard implementation is called a Registry. A Registry is like the Yellow Pages: the place where you look for the location of resources to help you solve your problem.
