EC supported Projects & Acknowledging
EURO-VO projects co-funded by European Commission:
- ESCAPE (CEVO ) is the current EURO-VO project supported by the European Commission. The European Science Cluster of Astronomy & Particle Physics ESFRI Research Infrastructures has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Grant Agreement no 824064.
- ASTERICS was a project supported by the European Commission Framework Programme Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation action under grant agreement n. 653477.
- CoSADIE was a Coordination Action supported by EU in the framework of the FP7 initiative (Call INFRA-2012-3.3 Research Infrastructures, project 312559)
- The EURO-VO has received funds from the European Community also through the EuroVO-ICE (International Cooperation Empowerment) project. EuroVO-ICE is a Coordination Action supported by EU in the framework of the FP7 initiative (INFRA-2010-2.3.3 Research Infrastructures, project 261541). It started on 1 September 2010, for a duration of 12 months.
- The EURO-VO has received funds from the European Community also through the EuroVO-AIDA (Astronomical Infrastructure for Data Access) project. EuroVOAIDA is a 2.7M€ Combination of Collaborative Projects & Coordination and Support Actions, which was selected by the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Community under contract no. 212104.
- The EURO-VO Data Centre Alliance (DCA) has received funds from the European Community through the EuroVO-DCA project. EuroVO-DCA was a 1.5M€ Coordination Action which was selected by the Sixth Framework Programme of the European Community (Research Infrastructure, Communication Network Development) starting September 1, 2006 under contract no. RI031675.
- The EURO-VO Technology Centre (VOTC) has received funds from the European Community through the VOTECH project. VOTECH was a 6.6M€ Design Study which was selected by the Sixth Framework Programme of the European Community under contract no. 011892-DS.
